For Mac and PC repairs, the diagnosis fee is $100. In many straightforward cases, this fee covers the full cost of resolving the issue. After diagnosis, APCS provides a clear explanation of the problem and offers possible solutions before any additional work begins, so you always know what to expect before approving further repairs.

APCS's standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. However, emergency service is available on a case-by-case basis outside of regular hours, including weekends. APCS serves the entire North Bay Area, covering the Hwy. 101 corridor from southern Marin County through Sonoma County and up to Mendocino County. Key areas include San Rafael, Healdsburg, Windsor, Boyes Hot Springs, and surrounding communities. We have two locations—in Healdsburg and San Rafael—for convenient access throughout the region. Note that lengthy travel distances may incur a travel time charge.

Our technician Richard has extensive experience recovering data from failing, corrupted, or damaged drives for both personal and business clients. We strongly recommend that every computer maintain regular backups to an external USB hard drive and a reputable cloud storage service. If disaster strikes, contact us immediately—the sooner we act, the better the recovery outcome.

APCS offers both. You can call us for a single on-demand repair, or you can enroll in our managed services and concierge IT plans for continuous support. We currently manage nearly 500 computers through our Remote Help Desk service. Each client also receives Computer Maintenance Apps, personalized notes, and instructions to keep their system running fast and smoothly between visits.
